Getting started with Fluency is easy. Simply head over to the website (getfluency.com.au) and click ‘Try Fluency’ in the top right corner. From here, follow the prompts to Download the Fluency application and set up the Extension and WebApp login. If you're part of a team on an Enterprise license, simply log in to Fluency and select your organisation.

Before you begin the installation, make sure your system meets the following requirements:


  • Operating System: Fluency is available as a WebApp and Windows application. Additionally, we have a Chrome Extension available for browser-based processes.

    • Fluency is not supported on Windows 7 or earlier.

      • Please note - If you have a specific system requirement, feel free to reach out to our team at support@getfluency.com.au, and we can discuss custom implementation.


  • Hardware: A minimum of 4 GB RAM and 1 GB of free disk space is recommended.


  • Internet Connection: An active internet connection is needed for package installation and generating documentation.

  • Download Fluency

    Visit our official website to download the latest version of Fluency for your operating system. Choose the appropriate installer package for your system (Windows, macOS, or follow the prompts to get started on the Web Application)


  • Run the Installer

    Locate the downloaded Fluency installer package and double-click it to run the installer. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process.

    • Note: If Fluency prompts for you to proceed as an administrator, we recommend doing so.


If the installation was successful, you will be able to see Fluency in your 'Applications' folder.

To start using Fluency, simply launch the application and you will be prompted to sign in.

If you are part of a team, please use the details that your admin has provided.

If this is your first time using Fluency, select 'Sign Up' and follow the prompts to create an account.


You will be prompted to the 'Choose a Plan' screen, where you can choose which license type works for you and begin your free trial.


You will be prompted to a 'Stripe' page on your browser to finalise the subscription

Note: (You won't be charged, and do not need to enter any card details).



From here, you will be redirected to Fluency where your account will be finalised and you are ready to go!



When you launch Fluency for the first time, you will be greeted with the tutorial popup. From here, you can hit 'Record a Process' and start saving time!

The Fluency Chrome Extension is currently available only for Closed Beta. If you are interested in being one of the trial members, please contact our team.


During the trial, we will help you get set up (there are a few extra steps!).

If you ever need to uninstall Fluency, follow these steps:


  • Windows: Use the "Add or Remove Programs" feature in the Control Panel to uninstall Fluency.

  • macOS: Drag the Fluency application from the Applications folder to the Trash.

  • Chrome: Type chrome://extensions/ into your search bar, and delete Fluency
