To manage your subscription at any time, head to app.getfluency.com.au and navigate to the 'Profile' section in the top right. From here, select the 'Settings' section.
Once you are in the settings page, you will be able to view your current subscription, the number of seats you have, and the date which your subscription ends.
From here, you can access the payment portal by clicking 'Open Payment Portal', which will take you to the Stripe payment section.

If you are on the desktop application, you can manage your subscription in a similar way - navigate to the top right and select 'Profile', then 'Subscriptions'.
If you are part of a team, navigate to the top right and select 'Manage Organisation'. From here, you can easily add more seats and users to your organisation.
You will be prompted to select the number of seats you want to add to your team, which will re-direct you to Stripe to complete payment.
From here, you can send email invites to your new team members, which will send them an invite link to join your team.
Your invited users will now appear in your organisation.
